Meet Natalie

Glad you’re here! My mission is to help product-based founders build commercially sustainable businesses through practical coaching, strategic guidance, and honest conversations.

For me, coaching has never been about having all the answers. It's about helping people think differently, make better decisions, and build the confidence to keep moving their business forward long after we've finished working together.

My goal isn't to build a business full of dependent clients.

It's to help you become a more confident business owner.

The best coaching doesn't create dependence. It builds confidence, judgement, and the ability to make better decisions long after the sessions have ended.

That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all roadmaps or rigid formulas. Every business is different, and the support I offer is designed to meet you where you are, challenge the way you think, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

If, one day, you're faced with a difficult decision and find yourself wondering, "What would Natalie say?"—I've done my job.

even when it’s uncomfortable

Practical strategy you can actually implement

Support that's tailored to you, not a rigid framework

A coach who challenges your thinking, not just agrees with it

why this work matters

I've spent years working alongside product-based business owners, helping them solve problems, think differently, and move their businesses forward. Over time, I realized the work I loved most wasn't the organization I was working for. It was the people.

I get a genuine buzz from helping business owners untangle challenges, recognize opportunities they hadn't seen, and leave with a clearer way forward. There's something incredibly rewarding about watching someone go from feeling overwhelmed or uncertain to thinking, "I've got this."

As I've gotten older, it became clear:

this is the legacy I want to leave behind.

I want to change the way people think about business.

Not by creating businesses that rely on me, but by helping founders trust themselves, make better decisions, and build businesses that create lasting impact—for themselves, their customers, and their communities.

That's why I do what I do.
